U\u010d\u00ed se, jak nastavit sv\u00e9 \u017eivotn\u00ed priority a u\u017e\u00edvat si toho, \u010deho ji\u017e v \u017eivot\u011b dos\u00e1hli. \u017divotn\u00ed spokojenost, kterou vyza\u0159uji, je p\u0159itomna v ka\u017ede \u010dinnosti, j\u00ed\u017e se zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed. U\u010d\u00ed se \u0159\u00edci \u201ene\u201c, ani\u017e by m\u011bli strach z odm\u00edtnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Praktikuj\u00edc\u00ed j\u00f3gy vn\u00edmaj\u00ed sv\u00e9 dosavadn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti jako d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 lekce. U\u010d\u00ed se, jak na \u017eivotn\u00ed obt\u00ed\u017ee nahl\u00ed\u017eet jako na v\u00fdzvy, kter\u00e9 jim pomohou k tomu, jak je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce dozr\u00e1t ve zral\u00e9 osobnosti. \u00dasp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ekon\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek, kter\u00e9 \u017eivot p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed, zvy\u0161uje dobr\u00fd pocit ze sebe sama. P\u0159\u00e1tel\u00e9 a zn\u00e1m\u00ed jsou \u010dasto zmateni skute\u010dnost\u00ed, \u017ee zku\u0161en\u00ed praktikuj\u00edc\u00ed j\u00f3gy nemaj\u00ed pot\u0159ebu na sebe p\u0159ed ostatn\u00edmi upozor\u0148ovat. Praktikuj\u00edc\u00ed j\u00f3gy se toti\u017e u\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee s\u00edlu a pevn\u00fd bod lze nal\u00e9zt ve sv\u00e9m nitru, proto nejsou nikterak z\u00e1visl\u00ed na pochvale druh\u00fdch.<\/p>\n<p>Ji\u017e nemaj\u00ed sklony k perfekcionismu, proto\u017ee si dob\u0159e uv\u011bdomuj\u00ed, \u017ee nikdo nen\u00ed dokonal\u00fd. U\u010d\u00ed se \u010dinit rozhodnut\u00ed s v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed lehkost\u00ed, u\u010d\u00ed se do pop\u0159ed\u00ed stav\u011bt sv\u00e9 pot\u0159eby, b\u00fdt rozhodn\u00fd, u\u010d\u00ed se nezaost\u00e1vat a \u017e\u00edt p\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Nechlub\u00ed se. Oni toti\u017e ne\u00fasp\u011bch, stejn\u011b jako \u00fasp\u011bch, vn\u00edmaj\u00ed jako p\u0159irozenou sou\u010d\u00e1st \u017eivota. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 samochv\u00e1la odhaluje, \u017ee praktikuj\u00edc\u00ed je za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edk, a m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159isp\u011bt k rozvoji nezdrav\u00e9ho egocentrismu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Sebev\u011bdom\u00ed a emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed \u017eivot<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nesebev\u011bdom\u00e9 osoby o sob\u011b velmi \u010dasto vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed l\u017eiv\u00fd obraz, proto\u017ee se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee si nazaslou\u017e\u00ed l\u00e1sku. U\u017e\u00edraj\u00ed se z\u00e1vist\u00ed a majetnost\u00ed, pochybuj\u00ed o partnerov\u00fdch pocitech, vy\u017eaduj\u00ed neust\u00e1l\u00e9 potvrzov\u00e1n\u00ed a projevy l\u00e1sky, \u017eij\u00ed v permanentn\u00edm strachu, \u017ee je partner podvede a opust\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Maj\u00ed strach, \u017ee ztrat\u00ed sami sebe, jestli\u017ee nebudou m\u00edt kontrolu nad partnerov\u00fdmi \u010diny. Kdy\u017e jsou sami, c\u00edt\u00ed se pr\u00e1zdn\u011b a zbyte\u010dn\u011b, kv\u016fli \u010demu\u017e velmi rychle p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed do nov\u00fdch vztah\u016f a opakuj\u00ed ty sam\u00e9 chyby.<\/p>\n<p>Praktikuj\u00edc\u00ed j\u00f3gy zvy\u0161uj\u00ed kapacitu porozum\u011bn\u00ed sob\u011b i druh\u00fdm, p\u0159ijet\u00ed sebe sama a okol\u00ed, s t\u00edm, \u017ee vn\u00edmaj\u00ed vlastn\u00ed osobu i sv\u00e9 bl\u00edzk\u00e9 re\u00e1ln\u011b. U\u010d\u00ed, jak projevit i p\u0159ijmout l\u00e1sku. Rychl\u00fd postup m\u016f\u017ee pos\u00edlit zdrav\u00e9 osobnostn\u00ed rysy a odkr\u00fdt slabosti, kter\u00e9 je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed p\u0159ekonat. Nesnesou ne\u00fasp\u011bch a kdy\u017e p\u0159ijde, p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny nikdy nehledaj\u00ed sami v sob\u011b. Jsou neust\u00e1le nalazeni na soupe\u0159en\u00ed. V\u00fdsledkem t\u00e9to meditace je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed uvoln\u011bnost, co\u017e zvy\u0161uje pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee po\u017eadovan\u00fd c\u00edl nakonec vyjde. Uvoln\u011bn\u00ed a koncentrovan\u00ed sn\u00e1ze dojdeme do c\u00edle.
